Project Manager /Business Development / Client Outreach Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development / Client Outreach Executive to help identify new business opportunities and promote Biz4Group’s AI, software, and technology solutions.

The role includes researching potential clients, reaching out through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking, understanding business needs, introducing relevant solutions, scheduling demos and meetings, and following up with prospects.

The candidate will work closely with our sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to support client presentations, proposals, and ongoing business development activities.

This is primarily a remote, hourly-based role. Candidates located in or near Orlando, Florida are strongly preferred, as occasional in-person client meetings and networking events may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Outreach, Lead Generation, or Account Management.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior professionals.
• Experience with calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain technology solutions clearly.
• Interest in AI, software, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in IT services, SaaS, AI, or technology consulting is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead-management tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
