Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

Galles Chevrolet is hiring 2 BDC Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals interested in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, including current college students looking to gain real-world experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact customers by phone, text, and email to schedule service and sales appointments
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to help drive appointments and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and motivated attitude
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
• Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups
• Business, Marketing, Communications, or related degree preferred
• Previous automotive or sales experience is a plus, but not required
