Executive Function Coaches Needed
EXECUTIVE FUNCTION COACHES NEEDED ($60-$75/hr)
Lotus Learning LLC is currently seeking executive function coaches to provide remote and in-home services to students throughout the Greater Boston area. Compensation starts at $60/hour, depending on whether services are provided virtually or in-person.
This is an independent contractor position, with flexible, part-time hours.
Executive function coaching involves helping students develop essential academic and life skills, including time management, planning, prioritization, organization of materials, goal-setting, problem-solving, study skills, and more. Coaches work collaboratively with students to become aware of the strategies that work best for them in each of these areas (there is no prescribed curriculum) and create a safe space for self-reflection. Many students seeking executive function coaching also require support with writing essays and executing long-term projects. While content expertise across disciplines is not required, coaches regularly engage with students on their homework.
Qualifications:
- College degree (bachelor’s degree or higher)
- Ability to form strong, trusting relationships with students
- Basic understanding of executive functioning skills and strategies
- Ability to make and manage your own schedules
- Availability during after-school and evening hours
- Willingness to commit to academic coaching for the entire 2026-27 academic year
