Marketing & Growth Coordinator

Gamma Tech Services is hiring an early-career Marketing & Growth Coordinator for our Naples office. This role works closely with our president and team to turn ideas into campaigns, content, website improvements, lead-generation assets, and measurable follow-up. Responsibilities include: - Manage website, email, social media, video, and SEO execution- Build campaign calendars, landing pages, and lead-generation assets- Track analytics and improve marketing performance- Organize marketing assets and coordinate with internal teams and outside partners- Use AI and modern marketing tools thoughtfully to increase speed and quality We are looking for: - Strong writing, organization, follow-through, curiosity, and sound judgment- Comfort learning new marketing and AI tools- Useful work samples from internships, school, freelance work, or prior roles- A recent graduate, strong intern, or candidate with 0–2 years of experience Full-time and in-office is preferred; exceptional part-time candidates may be considered.
