Audit Summer Internship Program

We offer an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as Audit Interns for a short-term, intensive 2-week internship program. The summer internship program will take place for the last two weeks of June 2027 in our San Francisco office.

As an Audit Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of public accounting, specifically in the area of audit and assurance services. This two-week program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the audit process, formal on-the-job training to develop technical skills, and insight into the inner workings of our firm. You will work closely with experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and engage in interactive learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in hands-on audit training and workpaper case studies designed to provide practical exposure to the audit process.
  • Learn how audit procedures and workpapers contribute to the preparation of client deliverables.
  • Apply accounting and auditing concepts through individual assignments and collaborative breakout sessions.
  • Participate in group discussions, debriefs, and Q&A sessions with Audit Managers, Supervisors, Partners, and other members of the audit team.
  • Gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities and career paths of audit professionals at various levels.
  • Develop professional communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and team interactions.
  • Participate in networking, volunteer, and social activities designed to build relationships with colleagues and learn about the firm’s culture.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting required (GPA of 3.0 or above preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills a must.
  • Ambition to learn and grow with the firm.
  • The ability to work in a professional team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to commute to San Francisco (Downtown/Financial District) for the duration of the internship.
