Operations & Data Intern
Healthy Habits Organization is a Pittsburgh-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on making wellness practical, accessible, and engaging for youth, older adults, and the communities we serve.
We are seeking a part-time Operations & Data Intern to work closely with our Executive Director and help strengthen the behind-the-scenes systems that support our growing community programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize partner, program, and community contact information
- Track partner outreach, follow-ups, responses, deadlines, and next steps
- Draft routine partner follow-up emails and communications
- Organize attendance, participation, survey, and program impact data
- Help develop simple dashboards and reporting tools for organizational impact
- Support data preparation for reports, sponsorships, proposals, and organizational planning
- Organize internal files, templates, program documentation, and administrative systems
- Research community resources, potential partnerships, funding opportunities, and relevant community data
- Identify ways to improve or automate recurring administrative workflows
- Assist with special operations, data, and technology projects
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Strong written communication and proficiency with spreadsheets and technology are important.
Experience with Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization, project management tools, CRM systems, or workflow automation is a plus.
We especially value someone who can look at an existing process and think about how to make it simpler, more organized, and more efficient.
Federal Community Service Work Study (FCSWS) eligibility is required for this position.
