House Manager (Theater) - Federal Work Study

The Hospitality Associate serves as a primary point of contact for Constellation Stage & Screen patrons by handling ticket transactions over the phone and in-person, managing volunteer front of house staff, and fielding other general questions. Associates support a welcoming and fun environment for the appreciation of live theater and film and develop a sophisticated competency with a modern ticket sales and customer relationship management system.

This position is a great way to learn all about the theater and will serve as springboard to other areas of arts administration, including Marketing, Development, and Audience Services. Associates will also develop a sophisticated competency with a modern ticket sales and customer relationship management system.
