Infant Toddler Teacher

What You'll Do
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers
- Foster children's growth in all developmental domains through engaging and intentional daily experiences
- Build trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and support
- Provide responsive care by recognizing and meeting infants' and toddlers' individual needs
- Create a classroom environment that is safe, welcoming, engaging, and culturally responsive
- Support social-emotional growth through positive guidance and nurturing interactions
Qualifications
- Infant-Toddler CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field with qualifying early childhood coursework
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children under 36 months of age
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Commitment to developmentally appropriate practices and high-quality infant and toddler care
- Ability to provide consistent nurturance, affection, and security for young children
- Passion for supporting families as partners in their child's development
