DESIGNER

REY is a growing residential architecture studio focused on crafting homes that feel thoughtful,enduring, and deeply considered. We are seeking an emerging professional who wants meaningful exposure to the full life of a project, from early conceptual exploration through permitting and into construction. This is an opportunity to learn within a small, detail-drivenstudio where expectations are high, standards are clear, and growth is earned.

Role

• Assist in developing design options from early concept through design development

• Support production of construction documents

• Build architectural models and prepare presentation materials

• Assist with consultant coordination and permitting efforts

• Contribute to research, detailing, and technical development

• Full time, hybrid workflowYou will work directly with studio leadership and gain first-hand exposure to how designdecisions move from sketch to built work.

Education

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)Requirements

• Basic understanding of residential construction assemblies and detailing

• Clear communication skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid model, partial remount and partial in person
