Brand Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing candle brand. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting daily order fulfillment and basic warehouse operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 6 hours/day
Pay: $23–$25/hour
Location: Onsite
Start Date: October

Responsibilities

Review and process daily customer orders

Pick, pack, label, and prepare candle orders for shipment

Receive and organize incoming inventory

Keep track of inventory and report discrepancies

Coordinate outgoing shipments with USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

Keep the workspace clean and organized

Assist with other basic day-to-day brand operations as needed

Qualifications

Comfortable using a computer and learning basic order management systems

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Able to manage daily tasks independently

Good communication skills

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, eCommerce, or operations experience is a plus, but not required

English/Mandarin bilingual is a plus

Must be authorized to work in the United States
