Academic Coach/Tutor for UCLA freshman

Looking for UCLA recent grad, upperclassman, graduate student, or TA for one-on-one tutoring during the academic year.

The role would include:

  • Helping with course work and assignments
  • Reviewing assignments and helping create a weekly academic plan
  • Helping with organization, deadlines, studying, and time management
  • Preparing for exams and major assignments

Ideal candidates may have experience as a UCLA Peer Learning Facilitator, Writing Center tutor, AAP tutor, Athletics academic tutor/mentor, First To Go mentor, or in another UCLA academic support
or peer mentoring program.

Schedule: 3 to 4 hours per week, flexible , ZOOM/Remote

Pay: $30-75/hour, depending on experience
