Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, friendly, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part- Time, Retail Sales Associate at MBI VINTAGE- LOS ANGELES.   As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent customer service, helping customers find the perfect clothing and accessories, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. MBI Vintage is a unique vintage clothing store, specializing in vintage sports and vintage college apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with product selection, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on clothing styles, fit,  trends, sports teams and colleges
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Process transactions at the register
  • Assist with Social Media
  • Shoot and upload product online
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
  • Ensure that visual merchandising and store displays are maintained according to company standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion experience is a plus.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Weekend Availability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for fashion and providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
