The Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys both inthe office and in court. The position requires deep experience in preparing andexecuting various legal cases. Responsibilities include drafting legaldocuments, reviewing case files, conducting medical and legal research, andpreparing pleadings and motions for litigation. In addition, the paralegal willwork with legal counsel to maintain case files, manage deadlines, and assist intrial preparation. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Fort Lee, NJoffice, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, such as draftingcorrespondence, pleadings, and discovery packages.

• Experience in Document Review, ensuring accuracy and compliance withthe New Jersey Court Rules.

• Competence in preparing and filing Pleadings and Motions incompliance with court rules

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple taskseffectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Familiarity with legal case management programs such as File Vine.

• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification preferred, with priorexperience in litigation and personal injury law as a plus
