Social Content & Creator Coordinator

Most brand accounts post a lot and grow a little. We want someone who can fix that.

Paceline makes ads and social content for brands. Our clients hire us for performance creative, and more of them now want accounts people actually follow. That's this job.

You'll run organic social for our clients and for Paceline. You'll come up with the ideas, shoot and edit the videos, post them, and track what happens. Follower growth is your number.

The work

  • Strategy. Decide what each account posts, how often, and why. Build the calendar and keep it on schedule.
  • Production. Film and edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. When a client needs more volume, find and brief UGC creators and give them feedback they can use.
  • Testing. Try new formats, hooks, series, and posting times. Keep what works. Kill what doesn't.
  • Reporting. Check the numbers every week. Tell us what moved and what you're trying next.
  • Paceline's accounts. Run them like another client, with the same growth goal.

Who we want

You're online constantly and you know why things work. You can look at a post with 2M views and explain the hook, the pacing, and why it wouldn't work for a brand.

You've yapped. A personal account, a club, a side project, or freelance work all count. If you've grown something, even something small, tell us how.

You like numbers. You'd rather open the analytics than trust a vibe.

You're scrappy. You'll try the weird idea, find the shortcut, and figure it out without a playbook.

You follow through. Ideas are the easy part. Posting on schedule for 12 weeks straight is the hard part.

You don't need agency experience.

What you get

  • Real client accounts from day 1, with your name on the results.
  • Direct work with the founders.
  • A portfolio of work that performed, with numbers to prove it.

How to apply

Send us 2 things:

  1. Links to accounts or content you've made. For each, tell us your role and what happened. It can be your own account!
  2. A short teardown. Pick 1 brand account you think is underperforming. Tell us the first 3 posts you'd test and why.

A few paragraphs is plenty. Skip the deck.
