Apparel Production Specialist – Screen Printing & Embroidery

Artist J LLC | Part-Time | $16–$20/Hour

Artist J LLC is seeking motivated and dependable college students to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on opportunity for students interested in screen printing, embroidery, apparel production, design, and creative entrepreneurship.

What You'll Do

Operate and assist with commercial screen-printing and embroidery equipment.

Prepare garments, screens, inks, threads, and embroidery hoops for production.

Assist with DTG printing, heat transfers, and other apparel-decoration methods.

Monitor production and inspect finished products for quality.

Fold, package, and prepare customer orders.

Maintain a clean and organized production workspace.

Work with designers to turn creative concepts into finished apparel.

What We're Looking For

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Willing to learn and work hands-on.

Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.

Interest in apparel, printing, embroidery, design, or production.

Previous experience is a plus, but training is available.

Compensation & Growth

$16–$20 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Entry-level candidates receiving training will typically start toward the lower end of the range, while candidates with previous screen-printing, embroidery, or apparel-production experience may qualify for higher starting pay.

Additional opportunities may include performance-based pay increases, expanded hours, and advancement into positions such as Screen Printing Lead, Embroidery Lead, Lead Production Specialist, or Production Manager.
