Whether you're brand new to insurance or already licensed, we'll train you, support you, and give you a clear path to grow.

What You'll Do
- Educate and guide families through important financial protection decisions
- Conduct personalized needs assessments to recommend life insurance and living-benefit solutions
- Work with inbound and pre-qualified leads, so you're not cold-calling your friends and family
- Build long-term client relationships and grow your own book of business
- Attend weekly training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
- Operate with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed

- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a state licensing exam and background check
- No prior insurance experience required. We provide training

Compensation & Position Details
This is a performance-based, commission-only role. You'll be paid on the business you write, with no cap on your earnings. As an independent agent (1099), you run your own business: you're responsible for your own taxes, required filings, and benefits. Licensing costs (prelicensing course, exam, and fingerprinting, approximately $[X]) are covered by the agent, and we'll guide you through every step. Lead programs are available to help you build your business [at approximately $X/week].
