The Energy Trading Graduate Program is an accelerated rotational opportunity for exceptional graduates looking to build a long-term career in energy trading and commodity markets. Open across Houston, New York City, the program provides broad exposure to Natural Gas, Power, Crude Oil, and Physical markets.

Participants rotate across core trading businesses, working directly alongside senior traders and portfolio managers from day one. Through hands-on exposure to live markets, they develop expertise in market fundamentals, supply and demand analysis, quantitative modeling, pricing and volatility, trade idea generation, risk management, and physical market mechanics. Participants are encouraged to take ownership of analytical projects, develop market views, and contribute to trading and capital allocation decisions.

With lean teams, meaningful responsibility, and a strong emphasis on learning and performance, the program is designed to accelerate development and provide a long-term pathway toward trading and portfolio management roles.
