The ideal candidate: • Has approximately 2–5 years of professional architecture or design experience. • Has strong Revit skills and experience producing construction documents. • Understands how architectural projects move from design through construction. • Has experience coordinating consultants and multiple disciplines. • Is comfortable communicating directly with clients and contractors. • Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments. • Pays attention to details while also understanding the overall project. • Is willing to ask questions but also takes initiative to find solutions. • Works well within a team and is willing to help others when needed. • Wants to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility. Architectural licensure is not required. Candidates pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply. About ALIGN ALIGN Design Associates is an Atlanta-based architecture and interior design firm. Our team works collaboratively across architecture and interiors, with an emphasis on communication, responsiveness, and providing our clients with a high level of service. Our size allows team members to be involved in all aspects of a project rather than being limited to one phase or task. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and firm leadership while developing the experience needed to manage projects independently. What Makes This Position Different This is not a position where you will spend your entire day performing one isolated task. You will have the opportunity to: • Own projects from beginning to end. • Work directly with clients. • Participate in design and technical decisions. • Coordinate directly with engineers and consultants. • Be involved during construction. • See how business, design, documentation, and construction come together. • Grow into a larger leadership role as your experience develops. If you are motivated, take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be an important part of a growing team, we would like to hear from you.
