About the RoleWe're looking for a Junior Architectural / MEP Designer who is fluent in both English and Mandarin and proficient in Revit. This role sits at the intersection of architectural documentation and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems design, supporting project teams across a range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

You'll work alongside licensed architects and senior engineers to develop construction documents, coordinate building systems, and communicate with clients and consultants — including Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders.

What You'll Do- Produce architectural and MEP drawings and construction documents in Revit- Coordinate building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) across architectural layouts- Support project teams during design development, construction documents, and CA phases- Assist with clash detection and BIM coordination- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, subconsultants, and contractors- Attend project meetings and help prepare presentation materials- Work under the direction of senior designers and project managers

About You- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field- Proficiency in Revit is required — you should be able to produce complete drawing sets- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)- Familiarity with MEP systems and how they integrate with architectural design- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM tools is a plus- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks- 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
