About the RoleThis internship puts you inside the day-to-day operations of a logistics and distribution supply chain. You'll work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to how goods move from origin to destination — and everything that has to go right in between.

What you'll do- Support the logistics team with tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers, and resolving transit issues as they come up- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of distribution center records- Help analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, delays, or cost-saving opportunities- Work with the team on purchase order management, vendor communication, and order fulfillment workflows- Participate in process improvement projects — documenting current workflows and suggesting changes based on what you observe- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate operational metrics to supervisors

About you- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis; Excel skills are a plus- Detail-oriented — small errors in logistics can have big downstream effects- A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks without constant direction- Clear communicator, in writing and in person

Nice to have- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)- Prior coursework or project work in transportation, procurement, or operations- Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
