About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and personable Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator to help grow and manage our classroom program. You’ll build relationships with teachers, create educational worksheets, and coordinate the materials and communications that make each classroom experience a success. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys early childhood education, communicates clearly, and can independently manage several projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Recruit classrooms for our preschool and lower elementary classroom program

Create educational worksheets for children

Manage spreadsheets and databases of teachers

Coordinate details and deliveries of materials to classrooms

Oversee classroom program calendar

Email updates to teachers

Solicit questions from classrooms for upcoming episodes

Interact with brand partners

Manage a dynamic contact list and send targeted email blasts to various segments

Key skills required:

Detail oriented

Punctual and reliable with deadlines

Self-starter who takes initiative

Expert with Google Sheets, Docs and Drive

Experience managing an email list and sending email balsts

Preferred skills (not required):

Graphic design (Photoshop or similar)

Curriculum development for lower elementary
