At iLEARN Education, we help families find the right educational path for their children. We are seeking an experienced Private School Admissions Advisor to guide families through the K–12 private school admissions process.
The ideal candidate has experience with independent school admissions, enjoys building relationships with families, and can provide thoughtful, personalized guidance throughout the admissions journey.
Responsibilities
- Meet with students and families to assess academic backgrounds, strengths, and educational goals
- Develop personalized private school admissions strategies and recommend appropriate schools
- Guide families through admissions timelines, application requirements, and enrollment processes
- Advise families on private schools throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and surrounding areas
- Prepare students for admissions testing (ISEE, SSAT) and interviews
- Review admissions essays, parent statements, and application materials
- Track application progress and keep families on schedule
- Collaborate with iLEARN teachers and specialists to support student success
- Build strong relationships with students and families throughout the admissions process
Qualifications
- Experience with K–12 private school admissions or educational consulting
- Strong knowledge of Southern California independent schools preferred
- Experience with ISEE, SSAT, admissions interviews, and application planning
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Comfortable meeting with families and leading consultations
- Mandarin Chinese preferred
