About Content Mindset 
Content Mindset is a video editing company that partners with social media teams and agencies to handle all of their editing needs. We’re a new and growing team, and we’re looking for a sharp, internet-native editor in LA to join us on a contract basis.

The Role 
You’ll be trained to edit for a technology-focused social media page. Expect fast-paced, talking head short-form content built for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. After training, you’ll be editing 3 videos per week. 
Pay: $100 per video (about $300/week at full volume) 
Type: Freelance / Contractor 
Location: Must be based in Los Angeles. Bonus points if you live in or around West LA.

What We’re Looking For

- You’re terminally online. You keep up with the latest in tech and you know what’s happening in TikTok and Instagram meme culture before it hits the mainstream. 
- Strong experience editing talking head short-form videos 
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) 
- Open to using AI tools in your workflow 
- Reliable, communicative, and good at quality-checking your own work before you hand it off
