Children's Behavior Technician

Perspectives Corporation’s Youth & Family Services division has successfully implemented a positive impact on the community by working with children and youth diagnosed with special health care needs in the home and community - based programs for over 20 years.

Perspectives Corporation encourages motivated, sincere leaders to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team while providing treatment and home-based support to children and their families across Rhode Island. 

Main responsibilities include providing 1:1 care within the child's home environment to assist with skill acquisition and to foster independence across all areas of their development. As part of the treatment team, this position will receive regular supervision and support from a licensed clinician. 

Candidates must have at least one year of college level education or currently be enrolled in a minimum of 6 college credits; have a favorable criminal background check, favorable driving record, and DCYF clearance. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply.
