Patent Agent

Treyz Law Group is a patent law firm specializing in patent prosecution.

The patent agent position involves meeting with inventors, drafting patent applications, conducting interviews with examiners at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, responding to Patent Office communications, and interfacing with in-house attorneys at our clients. A strong technical background is required, but no prior legal experience is necessary. An undergraduate degree in engineering or science is needed.

The position is fully remote, with an option to work from anywhere in California, Arizona, Hawaii, or New York.

Compensation includes a generous bonus scheme with high earning potential ($300k+ after 1-2 years of training).
