Entry Level Management - Healthcare

Aveanna Healthcare is in need of a Client Services Coordinator for our Brookline, MA office. Aveanna Healthcare is the largest and fasted growing Pediatric home health company in the nation. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling operations of the office and assisting in maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accrediting standards for home health care staffing. In addition, this position aids in staff development and recruitment. This position offers growth and leadership opportunity. CSC's work very closely with the Executive and Clinical Directors of the office and the regional team to help support our patients. The Client Service Coordinator is the link between our patients, our nursing staff and the office. CSC's are the foundation of the operations of the office, striving for excellence in communication, customer service and ensuring our patients are receiving the best care possible.

Duties of Position
  • Responsible for the coordination of client visits, maintenance, and upkeep of scheduling records and logs
  • Communicates scheduling changes between office/field staff/patients accurately and on a timely basis
  • Acts as a liaison between clients and scheduled staff to communicate changes and needs
  • Must be able to manage payroll and billing
Responsibilities of Position
  • Maintains a current client roster with necessary information
  • Updates schedule software and applicable logs and information
  • Prepares weekly schedule for field staff and provides copies for distribution
  • Monitors, controls and updates schedule changes
  • Checks compliance of visits done, and brings any scheduling problems to supervisor’s attention immediately
  • Assists in taking telephone referrals, distributing required information to the appropriate personnel
  • Assists in relaying messages to field staff, office staff and management regarding scheduling needs
  • Supervises the scheduling of replacement workers as needed and the input of the scheduling information
  • Advises appropriate clinical staff of new cases and the personnel who will complete the schedule
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Conditions
  • Position may be stressful in terms of meeting deadlines
  • May require minimal lifting of office records and printouts
  • Ability to handle on-call schedule, which is after work hours
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle concerns that arise quickly and effectively
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in appropriate/related field required
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Customer-service oriented, ability to interact effectively with families and nursing staff
  • Ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate both effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing
  • Initiating and maintaining compliance with all Home Health Care Federal and State regulations
  • Coordination of care services for multi-disciplinary team members and physicians
