Site Operations / Maintenance Clerk

This role is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

-Assist in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events
-Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.
-Assist in the day to day cleaning and housekeeping duties around the venue and site
-Diagnose safety issues around the site, help prevent potential safety hazards.
-Perform regular preventive maintenance around the site, buildings, misc projects and landscaping.
-Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
-Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
-If applicable, driving forklift and/or other company vehicles and complete all required tasks that fall under those positions.
-Assist with the housekeeping of the venue and site including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
-Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
-Ensure that venue and outbuildings are cleaned and stocked before gates open.
-Make sure all site signage, tents, tables, chairs, trash cans, etc. are set properly and neatly before gates open.
-Ensure the site and outbuildings stay clean and stocked during events.
-Participate in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
-Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue - this includes collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
-Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
-Additional tasks as requested by management
