Entry Level Desktop Support Engineer / System Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:
o Work with Macintosh desktop imaging and distribution platforms such as JAMF, Casper Suite, ARD and Mac mobile device management platforms
o Image and Install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops including IMAC and remote support
o Support virtual desktops and applications via Citrix
o Open and close service requests as well as manage classification, assignment, tracking, and completion of requests or incidents
o Hardware & Software refresh
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) for reporting
o Data Backup and Recovery coordination
o Good to Have but Not Mandated:
o Knowledge in Windows operating systems, Hardware, components of PC or Laptop
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) for reporting
o Previous experience with any ticketing systems
o Excellent problem-solving skills
