The G10 Associates Program is seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a Jr. Technology Implementation Engineer!
Program Summary:
The G10 Associates Program is an innovative training and mentorship program designed to launch the careers of recent college graduates. All G10 Associates will complete one week of classroom training to prepare for the diverse challenges you will face in your role. Throughout your time as an Associate, you will receive ongoing support through a mentor who will help you to transition into your new career in technology.
Job Description:
As a Jr. Technology Implementation Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new technology tools. This includes learning how to use new platforms, defining best practices, and partnering with the technology teams that will use them. Examples of technology initiatives could include the adoption of Spring Framework or Docker platform. You will code the new framework, coordinate and manage the technical environment, and train technical users. A Jr. Technology Implementation Engineer must have the ability to write code but your main responsibility is not to build an application but rather to support the implementation of the tool.
Required Experience/Attributes:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
- 1+ years technology systems exposure (can be in classroom environment)
- 1+ Years of Java or C#/.Net programming experience
- Ability to build relationships and make connections with people from varied backgrounds
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail orientated
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starting and not afraid to ask questions
- Unlimited work authorization
