·        Maintain and support existing services;

·        Upgrade existing implementations;

·        Timely resolution of tickets raised by level 1

·        Monitoring and escalating the errors to relevant levels

·        Migration of VM’s from on Premise to Cloud

·        Engage with client for smooth and timely delivery

·        Will be responsible for upliftment of Disk drives and CPU’s

·        Manage VM Snapshot

·        Monitor ESXI health on timely manner and isolation of performance issues

·        Engage Level 3 n complex issues

·        Maintain the performance level and upkeep of the infra.

·        Timely restoration of client data

·        24x7 support, with rotational weekend work.

·        Working within the team to develop processes to enable Automation, Orchestration, and Enhance existing services;

§ Base Locations: Cary, NC or Frisco, TX

§ Project Locations: Client locations across United States on Short- or Long-term assignment.
