Roles & Responsibilities:
§ Image and Install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops including IMAC and remote support
§ Support virtual desktops and applications via Citrix
§ Open and close service requests as well as manage classification, assignment, tracking, and completion of requests or incidents
§ Hardware & Software refresh
§ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) for reporting
§ Data Backup and Recovery coordination
Work Locations:
§ Base Locations: Spring, TX/ San Antonio, TX/ Sunnyvale, CA/ Cincinnati, OH
§ Project Locations: Client locations across United States on Short- or Long-term assignment.
Qualifications:
§ Associates Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
