Residential Counselors (Part Time) - Hospital Diversion South- $1000 Sign on Bonus
Hospital Diversion Program of NFI Vermont, located in Brattleboro, is a short-term inpatient facility for adolescents experiencing acute psychiatric crisis. Our skilled trauma-informed team of mental health workers provide our residents with crisis stabilization, clinical consultation, and individual treatment planning in a small and safe setting. We are looking for dynamic part-time residential counselors to join our team.
Residential counselors provide supervision and support to adolescents during awake hours, complete client intakes, and performs administrative duties. This is an excellent entry-level position with opportunities to advance with the agency. Ideal candidates will have two years of experience working with adolescents or a bachelor’s degree, superior interpersonal skills, and function well in a team setting.
This position is 20-30 hours per week; pay range $19.00-$23.00 an hour Positions of 30 hours or more per week are eligible for our excellent benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement. $1000 Sign on Bonus.
