Full Time Security Operations Professional

The Security Operations Professional acts as an ambassador for the brand and store, connecting with clients as they arrive and delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities


Sales Achievement:
  • Be a strong partner by assisting the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store plans.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise to drive business through the key product pillars.
  • Provide security at all special events to ensure an unforgettable TCO experience for all attendees to help drive sales.

Client Experience:
  • Elevate the client experience by providing the Tiffany Touch during every interaction to enhance memorable moments and ensure long lasting relationship.
  • Exude genuine passion for the Tiffany history and legacy as a brand ambassador to guarantee that the true Tiffany experience is consistently delivered.
  • Use the Power of Blue techniques to tailor a hospitable approach for every client.
  • Demonstrate continued curiousity for client experiences, best practices, and Tiffany Touch stories.
  • Demonstrate Customer Experience Behaviors identified within the TEI program (Voice of Customer Survey).

Operational Support:
  • Provide exceptional operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Carry out daily operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with store team to ensure alignment.
  • Provide continuous support to retail teams including sales and operations as needs arise within the store.
Security Controls:
  • Partner with Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
  • Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to by following up on daily inspections, equipment, alarm tests, inspections, key access and report submissions.
  • Ensure store is fully trained on all security related trainings.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to communicate with customers and employees both verbally and written
  • Highest level of integrity
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Retail store hours necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a retail/security environment
  • 1 year prior experience in a security related position
