Day Habilitation/Quality Assurance Coordinator
L'Arche Syracuse, a faith-based residential community (4 homes in the Syracuse area) for adults with developmental disabilities, is seeking Coordinator for both their Day Habilitation and Quality Assurance programs.
Day Habilitation Coordinator- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Day Habilitation program; supervise a team of assistants providing direct service; create and manage budget; learn software (i.e. Foothold) for case management, client tracking, billing, program planning, and information management; develop and implement individualized day hab plans for participants; maximize inclusive community participation and integration.
Quality Assurance Coordinator - Facilitate an on-going regulatory compliance and quality improvement program including audits, respond to any identified deficiencies from audits and draft and implement corrective action plan; ensure staff completion of annual training; help develop and implement training modules; organize and disseminate training materials; participate in Agency and community meetings; regularly update website, Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
