Executive Director (General) - College and Career Readiness
** This position is for the 2021-2022 School Year.
Contingent upon Budget approval for the 2021 -2022 Fiscal Year **
The Executive Director for College and Career Readiness is accountable for improving achievement in all students by disrupting inequities through belief and system change, planning with students and families at the center, directing and leading the overall function and management of the department and improving the outcomes for the students of the Fresno Unified School District. Responsibilities of the Executive Director for College and Career Readiness include but at not limited to; budgeting, program design, staffing resource allocation, and customer services and support; collaboration with other departments and offices to effectively carry out the business functions of the department; provide timely support and assistance to district leaders, site leaders, and other staff as needed to meet District goals; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide clear, constructive feedback in support of professional learning to improve staff effectiveness.
