Clinical Case Manager - Community Based Services- $1000 Sign on Bonus

CBS is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to join our amazing team of mental health professionals and our positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities include working with children, adolescents, and families with mental health challenges both in the community and in their homes. Ideal candidates work well both autonomously and collaboratively on treatment teams, have a bachelors degree in mental health or social work, have related work experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
