Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a Master’s level clinician to provide individual and family therapy through St. Ann’s Community Outreach Services. Qualified candidates must be licensed or license-eligible, either mental health counseling or social work. This clinician may also supplement therapy and case management services within our short term, acute care program, residential program and therapeutic day school.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintaining a full caseload of clients in Outpatient, CBHI, CBAT, and TCU levels of care, fulfilling paperwork requirements, interfacing with collaterals, and other case management responsibilities. Ability and willingness to provide services in the community is required. Bi-lingual skills are a plus, but not required. Supervision provided weekly.

Clinicians must be able to sit for long periods of time, drive a motor vehicle, write extensively, use the telephone for extended periods of time, climb stairs, lift and carry 11-20 lbs. Job requires frequent travel and visits to clients' homes and schools. There is extensive contact with other agencies, parents, courts, physicians, etc., via telephone and in person.
