Field Sales Representative (Sales Management Program)

Buckeye's Sales Management Program is designed with your success in mind. The Sales Management Program is initially a series of three full-time outside B2B sales positions that lead to management opportunities within Buckeye and its family of brands. Buckeye is seeking both college graduates and upcoming graduates for this full-time program. Candidates within the program receive accelerated training, performance feedback, and increased responsibility in direct decision-making.


Field Sales Representative:
This position is designed for college graduates and no prior sales experience is necessary. It begins with a 90-day training program, including extensive one-on-one training to prepare you for the position and future roles within Buckeye and its family of brands.

The Field Sales Representative sells Buckeye’s line of essential products and programs to school districts, universities, and healthcare facilities. As a representative, you have an exclusive territory, meaning you will not be competing with anyone else selling Buckeye products within a 30–50-mile radius of your city. Given the exclusive sales territory and essential products that Buckeye offers, as a sales representative you have job security in a recession-proof company. Job security also comes in the form of the Sales Management Program’s defined career path with exclusive internal promotions.

Field Sales Representatives have autonomy in creating their own schedule of appointments on a monthly basis. You won’t be stuck behind a desk because, as a sales rep, you will be conducting face to face meetings every day.

Field Sales Representatives inherit an existing book of business, but are also responsible for developing new business as well. Representatives begin with a goal of obtaining 45 new customers in the position, a performance goal that must be met in order to get promoted to the next level in
the program.

100% of advancement opportunities come from within the program. With this model of promotion, we are looking to reward the performance of Field Sales Representatives into the Account Executive position and beyond.
