Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking to fill multiple Program Specialist 5 positions to serve as the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Compliance Lead. These positions will support various regions across Washington State. This position serves as the single point of contact for the administration of the Agency’s Civil Rights program within their assigned Region. It provides consultation to regional leaders concerning engagement of Civil Rights programs to ensure that federally assisted and state funded contracts for highway, transit and aviation projects are made available for small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
