Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the northeast. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.
Position Summary:
The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for providing supervision for the data analytics team. The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading and actively participating in both the build and delivery of data throughout the organization on multiple platforms. The Manager is also responsible for assisting the Director in day-to-day responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop growing analytics team. Works collaboratively to drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management, modeling, and skill development.
- Responsible for managing, designing, and optimizing processes for data validation, mining, modeling, and visualization build.
- Continue evolving department and organizational policies and procedure as it relates to data governance and standard practices: from request to delivery
- Work collaboratively with systems team to design and build workflows that support Aware’s analytic goals and objectives
- Oversee the design, analysis, and delivery of business insights across the Aware customer base inclusive of internal and external parties.
- Responsible for timely execution on regulatory and payor partner deliverables
- Other tasks to support Director of Data Solutions and Analytics
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience direct management experience of data analytics team
3+ years’ experience data analytics and data modeling
3+ years’ using Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or equivalent
Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries inclusive of creating temp tables and complex joins
Experience working with end user/customer to create and design business intelligence dashboards
Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts
Working knowledge of the medical, behavioral health and/or the home health care industry
Advanced knowledge of both Excel and Google Sheets regarding formulas, graphs, and advanced features
Electronic Health Record/Electronic Medical Record reporting and analytics experience preferred
Comfortable with current and emerging technology with commitment to ongoing learning and growth
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (3-5 years serving in analyst role)
Reliable home internet connection to support the ability to work from home as needed
