About the Firm:
Our national practice is devoted exclusively to litigation. We aggressively represent our clients' interests and provide first-rate legal service on a cost-effective basis. The experience of our partners ranges from arbitrations, simple state court cases, matters before the Supreme Court of the United States and appellate arguments in a wide variety of substantive contexts. Although we are a small firm with but one office, our clients during the past 29 years have always regularly included the country's largest banks and broker-dealers. Our clients have retained us to try matters before federal and state courts and arbitration panels in 38 states.

Job Description
· Collaborate with other paralegals and attorneys to provide litigation support
· Manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
· Draft and revise correspondence and documents
· Conduct factual and legal research
· Organize and maintain case files
· Prepare for client meetings, depositions, and hearings
Our paralegals stay with us for 1, 2 or 3 years (never more) and then typically go on to graduate school, most often law school. We do not employ professional paralegals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent academic record
· Exceptional work ethic
· Eye for detail
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organization and time-management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
Salary:
· $45,000 base, plus overtime and excellent benefits
· Discretionary bonus
