PT Administrative Assistant

Work under the supervision of the Director of Engineering performing various administrative functions. Duties include: scheduling and tracking of employee entitlements, handling and organizing confidential materials, purchase order processing, invoice coding and tracking, tracking of operating and capital budgets, handling multi-line departmental telephone. Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets, excellent typing skills. Will perform all other duties as assigned. 29 hours per week, Monday-Friday, in office. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. WHDH-TV is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
