Description:
We are seeking candidates from the class of 2023 for our full-time Investment Banking Summer Analyst program in our Boston headquarters. The Summer Analyst program runs approximately 8-10 weeks.
To help you get the most out of your time at AGC, you will be teamed up with a member of our analyst team, who will serve as your mentor during your time here. You will work alongside your mentor on all of their live deals, pitches and other general work. Responsibilities will include: financial modeling, company valuation, accretion / dilution analysis, financial performance analysis, corporate and industry research, due diligence, strategic analysis of companies, and preparation of marketing and presentation materials, management presentations and offering memorandums. Every participant in our summer analyst program comes away with the core skills of an investment banking analyst, as well as some live transaction experience that they can leverage in their banking interviews in the fall.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have outstanding computer skills, including sophisticated Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. A desire to learn and deliver creative solutions is a must. A “can-do” attitude and a good sense of humor will ensure your success in the role.
