Awake Overnight Residential Counselors - Hospital Diversion South- $1000 Sign on Bonus
Hospital Diversion Program of NFI Vermont, located in Brattleboro, is a short-term inpatient facility for adolescents experiencing acute psychiatric crisis. Our skilled trauma-informed team of mental health workers provide our residents with crisis stabilization, clinical consultation, and individual treatment planning in a small and safe setting. We are looking for a dynamic Awake Overnight Counselor to join our team.
Responsibilities of awake overnight staff include providing supervision and support to the youth during sleeping hours as well as performing administrative duties. This is an excellent entry level position with opportunities to advance with the agency. Ideal candidates will have two years of experience working with adolescents or a bachelor’s degree and superior interpersonal skills.
This 40 hour per week position pays $19.00-$23.00 an hour with $1.50 an hour shift differential for awake hours on overnight shifts. $1000 sign on bonus included.
