Aon
Aon Is Looking For Finance Leadership Program (FLP) Interns!

The FLP Internship is meant to be a direct feeder into Aon’s full-time Finance Leadership Program (FLP), which is a competitive and specialized leadership program designed to provide associates accelerated learning opportunities and career development over the course of the 36-month program. Analysts will rotate between various finance divisions every nine months to build business expertise and technical skills. Analysts will also participate in formal mentorship and training programs for continuous learning and development.

Aon Summer Internship Program
FLP Interns will also participate in Aon’s Summer Internship Program, which provides a unique opportunity for rising college seniors to learn, contribute, and gain real-world work experience in a collaborative environment. Interns have the chance to learn more about Aon’s culture and businesses while developing practical skills necessary for future success and post-graduate opportunities. The 10-week summer program includes weekly spotlights delivered by Aon business leaders, a community outreach event and networking opportunities with fellow interns and colleagues. The program equips interns with an understanding of working in an environment dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering products and services distinct to unique client needs.

An Opportunity to Explore Post Graduation Career Path Opportunities
The goal of the Aon Summer Internship Program is to give students significant exposure to Aon through projects, continuing education and a training curriculum. The program also provides students with an excellent opportunity to learn and prepare for post‐graduate career opportunities at Aon. Upon successful completion of the Finance Leadership Program Internship, highly qualified interns may be offered full‐time positions within the Finance Leadership Program and Launch, Aon’s Early Career Development Program.
