Marketing/New Business Coordinator for Global Architecture Firm

You don’t get the second chance to make a first impression. It’s a cliché, but it’s true, which is why we approach each and every marketing effort as a critical opportunity to express who we are and what we do in a compelling way.
We are looking for someone to join our team, a multi-national group of talented and enthusiastic individuals, who bring their own personalities and perspectives to a collaborative environment in which, together, we reinforce the identity of the firm and support its new business development efforts.

Our new marketing coordinator will have the opportunity to contribute in many ways, with a particular focus on writing and producing proposals to crafting new business presentations.

We are looking for someone who uses both sides of his/her brain, being at once creative and organized, strategic and thorough.

You’ll need to be able to switch gears quickly, from leading meetings to writing text to managing print production, being pro-active and taking ownership of every step of each process.

You should be obsessed with detail, knowing that our materials need to reflect, down to even their kerning, the quality of our service, our work and our buildings.

You should always be thinking about the best story to tell, what makes us a great fit for a particular assignment, what is unique in what we offer.

And your job will be that much easier if you understand and like the content -- in other words, if you have an appreciation for planning, architecture and how the built environment affects our daily lives.

Ideally you are skilled in InDesign and PowerPoint, with a keen graphic design sense to complement your writing ability.

Demonstrated interest in architecture is ideal, but most important is the set of skills and qualities described above matched with a high level of intellect, rigor and perseverance.

If this sounds like you, please email a cover letter, CV and writing samples to dniles@kpf.com. Thanks!
