Data Entry Assistant

All staff must be vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless a certified medical exemption accommodation is granted. Proof of vaccination must be shown upon hire.
BH Link’s Administrative Data Entry Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and technical support in the areas of data entry and reporting. They work closely with clinical phone screeners and program administrators to ensure proper and timely utilization of data entry logs and designated software platforms. The Administrative Data Entry Assistant is also expected to coordinate with other administrative staff within CCA’s Acute Stabilization Unit, as well as those from outside agencies (i.e. state departments, other non-profits, etc.) This position may also be responsible for other administrative duties as assigned. 

Education/Licensing Requirement: Must have at least a high school diploma. Applicants should be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly with Excel and Access). A minimum of two years’ experience working in data entry/data analytics is required.
