Summer 2022 Policy Intern
Policy Interns will support Accountability Counsel’s policy initiatives that seek to enhance accountability for global financial flows. This position offers interns the opportunity to learn how a small nonprofit organization that focuses on human rights and accountability influences policies that affect individuals worldwide. Responsibilities may include drafting policy and advocacy materials; developing social media content; researching advocacy issues such as impact investing, environmental and social safeguards, and case examples; monitoring news and current events within the field; attending advocacy events; and supporting general operations.
Positions are unpaid, but we will be happy to work with your institution to arrange academic credit. We accept applications from undergraduate students and recent graduates (within one year of graduation). Internship Period: June – August
Internship Parameters: 40 hours per week; 10 week minimum.
