Sales Associate

Sales Associate


Position Overview:

The Sales Associate will be tasked with a variety of projects that fall within three buckets, Client Support, Administrative Support and Logistical Support. Sales Associates are the first point of contact for basic client support and follow up, as they receive incoming calls from around the country and disseminate information regarding Natixis Investment Managers’ products and services. Additionally, Sales Associates work with sales territories, helping research and build out client databases in order to bolster a salespersons’ ability to service clients at an extraordinarily high level. Finally, a Sales Associate will be responsible for working cross-departmentally to execute the logistics on digital marketing and territory events. This position is located in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming client phone calls and provide information regarding Natixis Investment Managers products and services.
  • Convert inbound marketing calls into sales opportunities by directing calls to appropriate territories in a timely manner.
  • Provide sales and marketing support to clients by fulfilling literature requests, running analytics and leading email campaigns.
  • Coordinate relationships and work flow for territory events.
  • Contribute core client and sales initiative support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Securities Industry Essentials exam (SIE) required within 60 days of employment
  • Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) is required within six months of employment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize for most effective results

Helpful, but not required:

  • 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Prior CRM experience
  • Investment Industry Knowledge
