Organizer-In-Training #ORG#

If you have the skill-set to become an organizer and resolve to fight for working people, but lack previous experience in an organizing role, this position is designed for you.

Organizers-In-Training work directly with the existing union membership. Each day as an Organizer-In-Training is exciting, challenging, and incredibly dynamic. You will travel to hotels and casinos throughout New York and New Jersey to communicate with union members and learn about the conditions affecting the workers we represent.

Organizers-In-Training are involved with political mobilization and turning out members for union events such as rallies, protests, political events, bill signings, and more.

Organizers-In-Training who distinguish themselves may be assigned to work on external organizing drives. HTC external organizers are the best of the best, and they work on highly secretive and strategic campaigns to bring non-union workers into our Union.
